1 bottle Mortlach 1938 - 2008 70 Year Old. Generations by Gordon & MacPhail. Teardrop decanter in original wooden presentation case with stand, replacement stopper and certificate. One of only 54 bottles from a Spanish oak ex-bodega sherry hogshead. Cask number 2656. 70cl. 46.1%. Level original position in upper decanter. Excellent condition. This is one of the most historic bottlings that Gordon & MacPhail have ever released. The oldest whisky in the world upon release in 2008, it has only been equalled by its sibling release in the Generations series; the Glenlivet 1940. A stunning whisky and a remarkable achievement on all fronts. With only 54 bottles produced of this remarkable liquid this is one of very few opportunities to acquire one.
