The Brollach was launched in 2021 by luxury goods company The Craft Irish Whiskey Company and is a double-distilled Irish single malt whiskey matured originally in ex-bourbon casks before a finishing period in French oak casks that previously housed the Portuguese dessert wine Madeira. The Brollach is a limited edition of just 661 bottles and is bottled at a potent but easy-drinking 46.44%.
