Cave 1943 Armagnac
Cave 1943 Armagnac. 70cl. 40%.
A beautifully presented vintage-dated bottling from Armagnac CAVÉ, produced from the 1943 harvest in the Bas-Armagnac region of south-west France. Distilled during the Second World War and matured for many decades in French oak casks before bottling, this exceptionally old Armagnac offers a rare opportunity to experience a spirit from one of the most significant vintages of the twentieth century.
Founded in 1883 and based in Lannepax, Bas-Armagnac, the producer has earned an excellent reputation for preserving and bottling historic vintages that showcase the remarkable ageing potential of the region's spirits.
