This 25th anniversary edition of Clase Azul Tequila pays homage to the renowned Clase Azul Reposado. Master Distiller Viridiana Tinoco crafted it with special care, using a historic stone mill (tahona) to mill part of the agave. Extended fermentation was employed to heighten flavors, and aging for eight months in two American whiskey casks.
