''A mid-gold colour, but heavily-sherried, showing that the extent of the sherry influence is not proportionate to darkness of colour. The nose is sweet and fruity, of gooseberries and raisins and candies peel. The taste is of the nectar from which honey is made and the body is smooth and warm as alabastar in the sun. It has a long, sweet aftertaste."
