Dunvilles Three Crowns Irish Whiskey - Rotation 1948 - Half Bottle
1 half bottle Dunvilles Three Crowns Special Liqueur Irish Whiskey. Stopper cork with branded lead foil seal. No box. Bottled 1948. Date acquired from original wooden case with rotation date stamped on side. No capacity stated but equal to standard half size. Level top shoulder. Slight wear and ageing to label but overall good condition for age. Dunvilles was produced at The Royal Irish Distillery in Belfast which closed in 1936 due to pressure from the Great Depression and Prohibition in America. This bottling of Dunville's 3 Crowns dates from 1948 so would contain whiskey over 12 years of age. A remarkable and beautifully preserved bottle.
