Oscars Terrantez Special Reserve 1802 - Fine Madeira Wine

1 bottle Oscars Terrantez Special Reserve Fine Madeira Wine. Distilled 1802. Produced, bottled and guaranteed genuine by Oscars Acciaioly. Madeira Island. By appointment purveyor to H. M. King Gustaf VI Adolf Of Sweden. No box. No capacity or strength stated. Level top shoulder. Wear and tear to label. An ancient bottle of Madeira wine distilled over 215 years ago in 1802! This is from the Terrantez grape which is hardly grown on the Island now. Going from the appointment this was bottled between 1950 - 1973 although most likely spent most of its time in glass Demijohn's to preserve it. Please note this is an extremely old bottle and we can't be held responsible for the condition of the liquid, although these sort of wines are usually indestructible and are well worth a punt.
