Rosebank 34 Year Old - George Strachan - 1970s
A very rare and hard to find 34-year-old Rosebank bottled by family grocers George Strachan. This was bottled during the early 1970s and therefore will contain whisky distilled in the early 1940s or possibly earlier. To find whiskies distilled during the war is incredible, and more so when it comes from a distillery such as Rosebank. A true rarity that hardly ever turns up in auction. Notice how it is described as a Highland Malt and not a Lowland.
