Rare Blended Scotch Whisky 32 Year Old. Bottled by Alexander Murray & Co. 750ml. 45.6%. No box.

A fascinating 32-year-old blended whisky from US-based independent bottler Alexander Murray, whose whiskies are sadly hard to find on this side of the pond. This small batch 32-year-old blended Scotch was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks and was bottled at its natural cask strength of 45.6%.

Alexander Murray Co. is an independent whisky bottler based in California. The company was founded by Scotsman Steve Lipp in 2004 and named after his great uncle, who gave him his first taste of whisky and encouraged his interest. Lipp had worked in the industry in Scotland prior to establishing his company in the USA.

The majority of Alexander Murray’s bottlings are sold locally in the American market but some do turn up in Europe from time to time. The company releases its products at various strengths from 40% up to cask strength, with the emphasis on the latter in recent years. Alexander Murray Co. also bottles their own proprietary single malt lines including the Kirkland Signature range and the Monumental brand blended whiskies.

We do not auction opened bottles so therefore all items are sealed unless stated under certain circumstances where seals were never issued by the producer.

No item is deemed new and may exhibit wear or tear, however many items are generally in good condition. If an item has notable faults, we will make every effort to mention these in the description. The images supplied are of the actual item you will receive. If the filling level of the liquid is not visible in the images provided, we aim to indicate the current position in the description.
